Orders will not begin processing until payment has been successfully authorized.

Most handmade items require approximately 1 to 3 weeks of processing before shipment.

Shipping estimates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Booty Talk for Curves is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may incur additional shipping charges.

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, personalized items, and custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved issues will be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Order changes or cancellations may be requested before production begins.

Once production has started, custom and handmade orders cannot be canceled or modified.

All website content, including logos, product designs, graphics, photographs, descriptions, text, and branding, is the property of Booty Talk for Curves and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Because many of our products are handmade or customized, slight variations in color, print placement, stitching, sizing, or appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and contribute to the uniqueness of each item.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order.

Booty Talk for Curves is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or size selection by the customer.

Promotional offers, coupon codes, discounts, and free shipping promotions are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one promotional code may be used per order.
• Promotions have no cash value.

Booty Talk for Curves is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and, if appropriate, file a report with local law enforcement.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be challenged with supporting documentation, including order records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communications.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your claim promptly.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund, at the sole discretion of Booty Talk for Curves.

For sanitary reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on any item that shows signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, pet hair, stains, or other conditions that would prevent the item from being safely resold.

Our goal is to provide every customer with brand-new, unworn products that meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain those standards. 

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer and are considered final sale. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Booty Talk for Curves.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization details, including spelling, grammar, dates, colors, sizes, and design selections, before submitting an order. Booty Talk for Curves is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
